Anyone else in search of some amazing, easy recipes for a New Year’s Eve celebration. I’ve got you covered. Seriously, I’m known for these recipes.
1) Bean Dip
Ingredients: 8 ounces cream cheese, 8 ounces sour cream, 3 cans frito lay bean dip (I prefer the spicy one), taco seasoning (about one packet), shredded cheese.
Steps: Mix all ingredients (except cheese) well. Pour into baking dish and lightly cover with cheese. Bake at 350 until hot and bubbly. Serve warm with tortilla chips
TIP 1- Safeway typically has their own brand of the canned bean dip so it’ll save you some money
TIP 2- I usually double or triple this recipe because it’s so popular
Ingredients: Frozen meatballs (I buy the large bag at Costco), 16 oz grape jelly, 12 oz chili sauce
Steps: Put all ingredients into crock pot on low for about 6 hours. Stir every hour.
3) Little smokies in a blanket tip- add garlic and oregano to them before baking—makes an ordinary dish seem gourmet!
