The frenzy of the holidays is around the corner. Join us as we take a moment to “Be Still.’
Are you tired? Do you feel the world pressing in on you? Are you trying to do it all? Are you addicted to being busy? We have a challenge for you!
We challenge you to do nothing for a 20 minute period of time. Sit in a quiet place alone, walk alone or eat alone. Don’t think about the future or past but simply the present. After you have done this, write about it, asking yourself these questions: Who are you when you are not doing anything? With no distractions, what do you discover?
