Routine is critical to me as a mom. Actually, just as a human being. I have always thrived off being busy but in an organized sort of way. I still make weekly agendas and have for as long as I remember. You can laugh with me here because we all know that if there is one thing that will throw off any agenda or routine, it’s being a mom. While I have had to shift my expectations a bit, overall I still do run a somewhat organized life.
Striving for routine can mean I get a bit too settled in my ways.

When I joined 30/10 Weight Loss for Life, it meant I had to shift some things I was doing. I had to be open to a different way of looking at food, nutrition and the overall health of my body. That shift can be hard for people like me who are quite comfortable in their ways.
I have bragged about the coaches at 30/10 Weight Loss for Life. They are the reason I was able to meet my initial goals and why I have a tough time making excuses when it comes to keeping my health on track through their free lifetime maintenance plan.
The past month I found that I wanted to use those excuses more than ever. I gained a very small amount of the weight back but, even worse, I allowed myself to get comfortable with it. For me, this was a slippery slope and I knew it. All it would take was a few more of those slips and I would be back to where I began before I joined 30/10. I didn’t want to see that work just go away.
I got back on track by utilizing all the resources 30/10 Weight Loss for Life has to offer. If you use what is available with the free lifetime maintenance plan, you cannot fail. You cannot end up back where you started.
Mom, if you find you are a little too comfortable and set in your ways but know there is a healthier you in there somewhere, call 30/10 Weight Loss for Life today to start the journey. You will be so happy that you did.
