If you are looking for a high protein, low carb recipe that is both delicious and filling, these high protein, low carb cheese tacos will hit the spot!
They are quick and easy to make, requiring only three ingredients: tortillas, ground meat and cheese.
Perfect for hosting game night, charcuterie board meet up, or taco night at home, these mouth-watering tacos are guaranteed to disappear in minutes!
Ingredients:
- Your favorite brand of high protein tortillas
- Ground beef/turkey/pork
- Cheese
- Seasoning of choice: salt, pepper, curry powder or taco seasoning
Directions:
Stack your tortillas and cut them into a perfect mini size using a bowl or ring mold if you have one.

Cook the ground meat in a pan, adding seasonings of choice like salt, pepper, curry powder or taco seasoning.

Grate your cheese.

Assemble your tacos by adding a tablespoon full of the cooked ground meat inside the tortilla and place it in a baking dish.

Use a whole tomato as a weight to help form and hold the taco in place while you fill the rest of the tacos.
Add the shredded cheese on top.

Bake for 10 minutes at 350 F.
